In Waiting… Images 001-003 - Mike Taylor shares a sequence of moments that capture field recording equipment aimed at empty skies. The equipment, placed in apparently remote, lonesome locations, (a rock pool, a beach, the edge of a tree line) is awaiting the arrival of birds which remain undocumented in these images. The sense of beauty, absence, solitude and reflection is strong.
